Only buy your vehicle from here if you want a lemon that will cost you a fortune in repairs.nHorrible quality vehicles. Overpriced for what you get (auction lot vehicles that have been through terrible accidents, abuse and heavy flooding/extreme weather.) As for the mechanic side of things, this place has been known to turn a simple oil change into a $1,000 bill, somehow mess it up, charging the vehicle owner for their mistakes. -On multiple occasions.

My husband and I have been doing business with Dukes Auto Sales for several years. We have purchased 2 vehicles and happy with both of the vehicles!

He sold me a bad car. I bought a 2011 Chevy impala from him and only had it a month before it needed a lot of work. Rotors, tires, tie rods, wheel bearings, brakes, etc. and he charged me $5000 for it! With 154,000 miles on it! He screwed me over. Do NOT buy from this crook.

Bought a Yamaha scooter from Duke. He said he bought it for his wife and she didn't ride it much so he was getting rid of it. He said that he didn't know of any issues with it besides that it had a gas gauge and horn being broken (which I had to bring up the issue). When I got it home to do an oil change the oil was sludge and milky like milkshake thick. I changed the oil and took it for a ride then it overheated and died. I found out it had blown a gasket in the water pump and anti freeze had gotten all through the waterfront pump and engine. I didn't know that milky oil meant bad news, I just thought it had been from sitting around as he stated. From this sale i learned to check the oil now all all used stuff. Also, I called him and said hey what's wrong with this thing so I can fix it as it broke on me after riding it 5 mins with fresh oil. He denied knowing anything was wrong still . If you are a mechanic you would KNOW there was an issue --I believe he lied about the sale. I would not go back. Though he seemed to be an innocent old man I think he's really a dishonest used car salesman. This was his Wife's scooter obviously it kept overheating on her and he wanted to get rid of it because he didn't want to fix it. I got unlucky by it holding on by a thread through the test drive.
