Brought my truck, had to replace windshield the Rumford store manager was right up front helped me in every way and got me the window I needed ... awesome customer service great staff..
Fantastic customer service! They even cleaned out my sons disgusting nasty car!! The manager Chris is a super nice guy and was very pleasant to deal with ! I would definitely recommend portland glass Rumford Me!!!
had my windshield replaced on my jeep liberty after a logging truck threw a rock into it.Chris ordered the new one and as soon as it came in it was changed and no leaks.very happy with the work. i also had a front screen door that got broken window in in under a week even with a shortage of workers.he is a good worker and i will come here whenever i have need for glass work.
While driving in Rumford on Rt 2 in my mother’s car, the windshield was hit with a rock and cracked. As we were heading out of town, we stopped at Portland Glass to see if it would be safe to continue. Chris looked at it and said he could fix it right then. 20 minutes later we were on the road again and could barely see where the break had been. I have been to this location before and they have always gone above and beyond to help!!
Stopped in at Portland glass in Rumford Me today.A rock kicked up and took a chip out of the window,the staff there were real polite,and took my vehicle right in,fixed it so it wouldn't crack when the heat hits it.I was very impressed how Chris got it right in,Did an awesome Job.Need your window replaced or repaired, portland glass of Rumford is the place to go.
