On 13 March 2021 i had a full Synthetic Oil change done.nI overheard another fellow Veteran ask if he could get Maine State Inspection done and asked if there was any discounts. The Tech said in a few hours he could and the Inspection would be Free of charge for all prior military.nnI then asked if the tech could have mine done as was on lift already. He verified he could (free) and $10 off Oil Change in addition.nnWin/win for me.nnI was in/out in just under 35-45 minutes from check in.
I went in looking for new tires and they were quick to help me find the best ones for the best price. Very professional workers and very friendly. I would recommend anyone to go here. Installation of the tires was speedy quick. Very satisfied!
It was time to take the snow tires off and install the summer tires, I also requested an oil change. I was able to drop off my car and it was finished on time and the service tech called to let me know . they gave me a heads up to watch some items that may need service soon. Because I buy my tires at VIP the seasonal exchange is at no charge. the also were having an oil change special that I did not know about and gave me the discount without my asking...
VIP was able to get me in quickly for my oil change and tire rotation. The appointment went smooth and fast and they were able to let me know that I had a tie rod going bad, which they fit me right in at the end of the week for. I appreciate the quick service.
