Great staff and facilities. We flew in and even though it was a busy evening for them they were still very helpful and enjoyable to work with.

This is not directly directed to Tac air, but more so an employee of theirs. I was driving home on airport road,as a black Toyota Corolla went on the opposite side of the road to pass me, and the car behind me around a curve as it is raining. I followed the employee to work and asked her if she thought it was a good idea to put peoples life’s in danger, and she told me off. I had both of my kids in the car ages 6, and 2. She may have gotten to work 10 seconds sooner And risked her life and those around her. License plate: (E918ZF)

As a pilot that has traveled to many FBO’s and Jet Centers, TAC Air is definitely one of my favorites. The staff in the Provo location is great and so accommodating. There have been many days that they have gone above and beyond to help me. They are safe, friendly and always on-time. Huge shout out to TAC Air and the Provo staff.

It's about the size of a bus station. You can get dropped off within about 40 feet of the door to the security screening where the line is short and very quick. They have clean bathrooms but no food other than overpriced vending machines. The planes board from both ends which makes it very fast. Plus, the tickets are cheaper out of this airport than SLC and it's closer to where I live, so it's the most convenient airport I've ever been to.
