Shelley Carter Pa helped guide me through my divorce. She was very quick to respond with any questions I had throughout the process. This includes any questions I had before I even hired her for legal counsel to any lingering questions I had after it was finalized. She is very patient and understanding during what can be a very emotional and stressful process. Shelley very proficient at thinking out of the box when needed to develop fair solutions for all parties involved. She is fair but will also hold her ground to meet her client's needs as well. I highly recommend this practice.

Shelley is a hard worker, she is very good at her job. She takes the time to get to know you, shelley has good contacts in the valley,she will help you in more ways than just legally . Shelley was one of three attorneys I interviewed with for my divorce, Shelley made the choice easy for me, this was the first time I've needed a attorney and I was lucky to have her by my side.

My experience with Shelley P Carter's Law office was exceptional considering the circumstances. Shelley represented me twice for traffic violations and won both times despite seemingly insurmountable odds! Shelley and her staff were always upfront, very personable, and great listeners who get straight to the main points of the case, not to mention very reasonably priced compared to other law firms that I had contacted. Shelley did a great job of honestly explaining the possible outcomes & what I could expect, & then she exceeded expectations by obtaining even better results than what I could have hoped for! I wasn't even sure I could afford representation until I spoke with Shelley, but I'm awfully glad I did because it ended up saving me not only money in fines & insurance rate hikes, but also from having a bad driving record.
