I only had an appt. for a diag and not diag plus service...once they confirmed the problem they were able to fit my car in that morning and get my vehicle serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly staff. Customer service was excellent! They were also the best priced out of all the places I had been to about the specific issue with my car, saved me a couple hundred bucks.

I purchased a truck from their Oakland Annex when it was open. I have now discovered that the truck needs $1,000 worth of work due to an undisclosed accident upon purchase. Buyers beware. I have reached out to both owners and they have yet to return any phone calls and instead have one of their sales people serve as a ‘mediator’ who states they refuse to pay for the cost of repair. It’s disappointing in large part because I had heard great things about the company being a reputable business to purchase a vehicle.
