The nicest Rite Aid I have been to in a very long time. The manager and the staff were super nice, and helped me solve every single question that I had. I will definitely be going back!
Living in bucksport for all my life and raising my three children here im ABSOLUTELY APPALLED by how BAD the service is here! I couldn't get ANYYYY help when I needed it. When I was looking for gift cards for my son I overheard the manager and an employee arguing near the register. I couldn't believe the language I was hearing. It was such a toxic environment. This place is poorly managed. Another time when I went to pick up something for myself the manager was there but the cashier who looked like he was in his teens sat on his phone most of my visit. He didn't even ASK me if I needed HELP! After leaving the store I spoke with my friend who knew someone that was friends with the manager and she told me a few unpleasant things about her.
The Walgreens merger has been nothing but a headache for me. Of course getting something for said headache will be hard to get from this place.
The pharmacy is full of rude useless people. I gave them an extra day because I know how slow they are, then I go in and they said they haven’t even started it. Then they wanted to sit there and argue with me about if I had been there before or not( going there over 30 years). Go to community pharmacy down the road and avoid the horrid customer service.
Since the takeover by Walgreens, this store is not carrying a lot of advertised items. Today they insisted they sold out on a Christmas item two months ago to cover the fact they didn't have advertised items and would not have them. Their inventory is lacking. Told me to go to Blue Hill. Discouraging our one drug store is failing.
