I work in orland in live a hour away and I frequent this McDonald's a lot and has to be by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to they never can seem to get anything right and always mess up your order In one way or another. I don't think I'm asking a lot when I ask for something that's on the menu and don't ask for anything special on it all I want is what I ordered. Not half of what I ordered not two buns with ketchup and mustard stuffed into a Box with no Patty I want the whole Burger but it seems it's too hard to even do that and I'm tired of the smash burgers how hard is it to put a Burger in a Box and not squish the krapp out of it. All in all I place blame upon management for not training their employees to do their job properly Or just hiring people who don't care at all and are just there for the paycheck either way this McDonald's needs to improve.
Very clean, super friendly staff and always fast and accurate service. Always leave with a smile.
I was at the order menu outside. The breakfast menu was still up. I ordered a #3 breakfast egg cheese biscuit. Employees recites a quarter pounder. Then the electronic menu changes to lunch. They won't sell me breakfast even though it wasn't 1030 and the breakfast menu was still active when I ordered. Oh and their employee was outside sweeping garbage up in the drive thru lane slowing down ordering down. Not cool. They would not sell me breakfast so I left. Very disappointed in this location. Would not recommend. At all.
Clean and very respectful to COVID requirements.
Cold food any other McDonald's is better
