Drive to the water and skips some rocks what can be better!?!

How often can you drive on a beach and have tidal waters all around you? You’ll have to have good clearance to get by the initial narrow road in that is made up of steep ledge and lose rocks. Most modern SUVs won’t have a problem. Don’t expect rolling waves or fine sand at this location. Bring some flip flops and enjoy this hidden gem!

My favorite spot! I grew up going to this beach before everyone knew about it. The secret's out now and it can sometimes be crowded. I love that you can drive right onto the beach and set up your beach spot right next to the car. No lugging things a long distance. There is a saltwater marsh that fills up at high tide that is a great spot to hunt for hermit crabs with the kids. Dogs are welcome on a leash so it's a great spot to take them swimming too.
