Never received the gift card that was supposed to be sent to my email that my uncle paid for, for my birthday. Called multiple times (number says not in service), emailed 4 separate times and no response. An absolute waste of time and money.
Ordered last week for Tuesday delivery. Was charged the full amount, Tuesday came and went, no delivery. It is now late Wednesday and I have emailed 7 times and called and left a voicemail 4 times, all no response. What in the world is going on? Never had these issues before with this company.
We are totally pleased with Simply Lobsters. Each time we have ordered, the lobsters and clams came to us exactly as promised, alive and fresh. They came right on time and were absolutely delicious. We are already planning our next order...Great service and delicious seafood...
