Great food. Great staff. Good prices. Awesome atmosphere. This is by far the pizza place you can not miss if you are visiting or just driving through. From the Calzones that are simply too good to pass up to the pasta and salads that will make you wonder why this place is not everywhere. Don't take my word for it please try it for yourself and see what you were missing up until now.
They said 20 min. We got there and there was a huge crowd. It took over an hour. I'm fine with did taking a while, but just tell me when I order that is going to be an hour. (Side note: we overheard them taking more orders and telling folks it would take 30 min. Like, don't lie to us, just say they are backed up!)nnThe food was iffy. Mostly because the lasagna took a while and thus the burger was cold. Needs more salt, everything was kinda flavorless.nnMy wife really liked the baklava that she got while waiting (she was starving). The best part of my dinner was the bottle of ginger ale.
Overpriced for what is offered. The small specialty pizzas are around $12 and are incredibly small—more like a personal pizza size and not really shareable. The pizza didn’t make up for it’s price in taste, either.nnThe chicken gyro wrap was OK for an American gyro, but the chicken was really tough and hard to chew.nnMy husband also said when he picked the order up, the space did not seem very sanitary. We probably won’t be going back.
BEST H.O.P. in Maine by far! And I have been to several :)
I ordered 2 calzones and they barely had any sauce in them. Where is the sauce? Other than that I would have liked their food.
