When thru the carry out drive thru. Had a very pleasant experience. Waited about 15-20 minutes and they came out and gave us our order. ud83dudc4d
Ordered the new Detroit pizza. It was very undercooked. The dough was raw and the cheese was not melted. The store hung up on us twice, and it took over 15 minutes to speak with the “manager.” The customer service was poor. He offered us store credit for an inedible and uneaten pizza. Why would I want pizza for another time when I ordered this pizza for dinner tonight? Bad customer service and pizza.
We ordered 3 pizzas, boneless wings and cheese breadsticks. The breadsticks weren’t cut all the way through so we had to tear them up. There was almost no sauce on the boneless wings. The pizzas weren’t cut through and half of the toppings were seriously lacking. The Hawaiian pizza had almost no ham or pineapple in it. We also had to wait almost an hour for the pizza after ordering. Would not go here again.
Horrible customer service I called then waited 15 minutes than got transferred to only be hung up on. terrible service
The sign on there door was misleading thaught u could eat in turned out to be drive through only it was still very good though
