Absolute worst customer service, their rude, ignore you, and act like they hate their jobs.. literally terrible ud83dude02

UPDATE: Was told to contact the email support by the Facebook rep. I did so. No response for over a week. I contacted the Facebook rep again, and they claimed that they hadn’t received an email from me. After I sent them a screenshot, they said I would be hearing from them shortly. After another full week, nothing. This company is playing games, and is a pathetic joke of a company, and has PERMANENTLY lost a customer.nnMy husband called in an order for a pasta dinner, and a poorboy sandwich. TWENTY MINUTES LATER as my husband is putting on his shoes to go get it, Amato’s calls us back to let us know that they have no pasta, and hadn’t even been working on our order at all. That is absolutely the most embarrassing, and pathetic customer service I’ve received in a long time, so congratulations on that front. Amato’s will never receive my business again.

Waited 17 years to have Amato's stuffers ago. From Florida stationed in Brunswick 1998-2003. First place I went was here and it was the BEST!!!!!!!

Placed a order online..got my receipt gave to them they said wrong store you have to go to other one...went all the way across town to get my order they told me they didn't have my order and that i placed my order at the one across town...wow thanks...glad the one on sabattus st made my order and had it ready in 5 min..thanks sabattus st amatoes! Thanks lisbon st for wasting my time and lying to me..even though on my receipt is said lisbon street....
