SEPHORA inside JCPenney

I get most of my beauty needs here.

Very friendly staff :) was looking at the Urban Decay Naked Cherry Palette and one of the ladies that works there said it would look gorgeous with my eyes so I bought it and love it :)

I went in for a specific product today, which I found right away and took to the counter. I waited a little while, as the salesperson was talking to another customer. When I thought that maybe she hadn't seen me, I asked if there was someone else who could help me, and she said no. I continued to wait, while she was explaining their rewards program, and on and on. I finally had to leave, without the product! I'll head to Portland next week!

I went to this store and was insulted by the tone the sales rep took with me. For mother’s day my girls got me a gift certificate from Sephora in Portland. So knowing that my first ? Was do you accept these? She proceeds to look at certificate and said no and explained it had to be redeemed basically where it was bought. Then pauses...looks over the scents and says very rudely we don’t carry any of those anyway. As if Prada wasn’t good enough. Lol I rate my overall experience a 1. Would not recommend and WILL not do business with them.

Great experiences! Nothing but helpful. Honest about what I needed to help my skin.
