Great experience. Friendly people. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m not one to share my complaints however this time I feel it’s necessary. We leased our car from Lee because we heard wonderful things about the dealership. They were great when we first got the car, we purchased ding protection and the lease even has Honda care maintenance, how could you go wrong?!nnWell you go wrong when you get a ding from a road hazard like a small rock hitting you on the highway causing dings. But don’t worry, you have ding protection!!! Take the car in to Find out the dealership won’t honor your ding protection, that you purchased extra with your lease! But that’s not their fault right?! Wrong, you can’t lie to customers telling them they’re getting something when they’re really not. I was told that they will take the car back in the end don’t worry ud83dude09 the dings aren’t that bad, which they really aren’t but a dings a ding when you have a new car, especially when your paying a pretty decent payment for something new, you take pride in your car and wanna keep it new!nnYou also go wrong when you get maintenance services from them and have been on time for every one, because again you have Honda care maintenance and it covers oil and filter, tire rotations, air intake filter, automatic transmission fluid and the list goes on. To them have your husband take your car for the fourth service a oil change and tire rotation, to be charged 162.00. I can’t void my maintenance plan but they can void my contract and Honda’s by charging me for the services that come with my car. ud83eudd14nnI love Honda and this is my third Honda I’ve owned, I’ve been brand loyal for years! But sadly I look at this car, and only think of this negative stuff. I’m not gonna tell you not to buy a car from Lee, but I will tell you to air on the side of caution, make sure you know what your buying and getting into with them. So far I’m very, very displeased. I don’t think I’ll buy another Honda from Lee, let alone any car from a Lee dealership now.nnI hope none of you have to experience this discouragement, times are hard enough right now.

Do not go to Lee Honda!!!nDropped off my car for almost a week and picked it up with all the same issues and it was covered in snow from sitting in the exact same spot I'm pretty sure they didn't even move it. Waste of time, I drove away in tears...nUpdate: they did contact me after this review. They called said they would come and pick up my car and try again to fix my issues. So after arranging for a ride to work and leaving my keys in the unlocked car all day no one showed!! No call no show!! Outraged and disappointed.nI'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Awesome place.nGreat sales person and buying a new car went off without a hitch. Got the price we wanted to pay.nYah!!!!
