I was incredibly furious with my experience, because it never should’ve happened. There’s not reason for so much communication in this age of technology and communication. I scheduled an available appoint online in the web site. The website said it was available a 3pm appointment that same day. A human being called and confirmed the appointment, she said what I needed was NOT a quick service line appointment, but then had me hold to see if the regular service line could for me in. She confirmed they COULD, she told me I was all set and needed to speak with Nick or Chris upon arrive alive and sent me a confirmation email. I took off from work early (lost money from my pocket) drove from Portland to Auburn to take this same day appointment. I arrived and they said not only didn’t they have an appointment for me(!!!), that their mechanics leave at 4pm and there’s no way they can look at my car in that amount of time. I have so many things to say about all of this. But first and foremost why offer 3pm appointments if your mechanics leave at 4pm!? Do your call center folks KNOW this? Seriously, figure this out. It is unacceptable to not have an appointment for someone when it has been confirmed in at least two different ways. No one has time for that, but it’s also just incredibly unprofessional and would not allow me to trust anyone there with my car, if they can’t even successfully book appointments.

I had a problem with my 2014 Kia Soul stalling when it slowed down, stopped, or was left to idle. No other repair place could tell what the problem was. Row Kia Auburn was the only place that was able to diagnose the problem and fix my vehicle. Now my car runs as good as new. No more stalling. They are very friendly and have outstanding service. It took a couple of times but they finally found out what causing the problem in my engine. If I ever have any more problems I will go back to them. I recommend them for all your car needs, especially if you have a Kia. I love my Kia and I want it to run as long as possible. Their service was worth every penny I paid.

I called to set up an appointment, because we saw the vehicle we wanted on the website. I was connected to Dan. He helped us purchase the vehicle. He answered all our questions, even went out in a snow storm to video chat and show us the inside. Process was easy and quick. Thank you for our new vehicle it’s better then expected.

Great experience! Brought my 2020 Kia Soul for a recall and The works. As always greeted pleasantly. As I went to sit down I spilled my full coffee and Chris did not skip a beat grabbing a mop and bucket. No judgement. My car was ready within the two hour time frame promised. The car was washed and Chris went and pulled my car around to closet exit.

Best customer service I can ask for!nFrom the minute I got there, I was made to feel welcomed by the lady behind the desk. I was told it will take an hour, and was pleasantly surprised to get a text message in 40 minutes informing me that my car was ready. Since I have a Kia, they washed the car for me!nPrice compared to other places is very reasonable!nI am a Rowe fan and will not buy or service my car else where!
