Brought my car in for a recall. I was given an estimated time of completion and it was done a little earlier than expected. Overall good experience. The Rowe associate helping me was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.
I went in unsure of whether I was going to buy a new car or not. My old car was only 3 years old. I got a really good price on a new one and a lower APR. Everyone was really nice and patient with me while I hemmed and hawed trying make a decision. I'm glad I bought the new car and would definitely return for my next one.
