I think TD Bank is a great place to deposit money and keep it safe. I think the people are trying to do their best, but it gets so hard that they can't do it very well. I shouldn't give them one star. We go there, everything goes smoothly. Thank you, TD Bank. You've helped so much with our money.
Worst financial institution ever if you are a non member. And of course you could always become a member but anybody you do business will be forced to deal with their unfriendly and greedy policies. $7 to cash a check drawn off from them and you better bring in a hair and DNA sample along with every form of ID known to man.
no stars if I could....the people are nice but ineffective with VERY long hold times and no resolutions to my issues.....we get cut off or the email contacts they give me a bogus. They lost my car title.....been trying to get a lien release since Mar 13 it is now the 27th. Can't get the same person twice.....my time is worthless to them apparently TD Bank is not customer friendly. I can't replace my car which was totaled by a tree until I get a lien release From TD Bank..... with the wrong name on it...spent a total of 19 hours so far...customer time is worthless to TD Bank.....Auto loan dept.i will keep yoy posted about TD bank auto loans beware...
