The branch managers seem to not know exactly what they are signing you up for and are equally incompetent at problem solving. Not impressed with any of the services I received and was charged a fee for their mistake... I will never bank with key again.

They required me to open a checking and savings account to apply for a mortgage refi and deposit money. The mortgage refi took much longer than other banks and I decided to go elsewhere. There's no way to close out my account online (like its still 1997...) that I can see and they charge me inactivity fees and and maintenance fees every month...go to a bank that cares like a local credit union or a large online national bank.

On the free checking they allow your account to overdrawn not cool

I switched to Key Bank about a year ago and was nervous they'd do me wrong like a previous bank. However, Key has been phenomenal & I highly recommend them for banking services!

20 minutes to wait on a single customer. This is insanity! Two people working and one window open....
