Arthur Fortin is the most reliable, kind, and informative professional I know. He remembers me year after year, asks about my kids, and works hard on my behalf. I appreciate him greatly!

Been using hnr block my whole life and have never had just a horrible experience. It got to the point where I wanted to complain about service and was told there is no manager. That I don’t need to know any employees names. I was givin a number to call that isn’t even in service and then told to leave I have opened a case with corporate and will never be using Hnr block again.

I have gone to Block for years and the people are great. I also like the guarantee feature.

Lisa Wright has been doing my taxes for years and has always done a great job.
