Auto King

I bought a car off of Mr. King in March of 2020, it pulled to the right when I test drove it , I was told they would fix it, I got it back a week later on March 19th, wasn’t driven much because of the lockdown, the car starts jumping to the right on its own. Mr. King sends his Mecanic out to look at it and I’m told it’s a crack in the axle hub after waiting two more weeks I take it to get fix and find out the control arm is rusted out, he takes it back I get it 2 weeks later and within a day the stirring quits, I call him back and after a not so nice conversation he agrees to fix it, three weeks later I get car back and less then 24 hrs later it’s broke again. Definitely would not buy a car here. Now I’m out the money I paid and no car. Not a good way to run a business

I AM ONLY PUTTING ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO! I bought a Dodge Journey from these people. I talked to them over and over again about how I need a very safe vehicle to drive because I’m about to have a my first daughter. Saying that everyone was very polite and nice but after I take the “very safe” vehicle home. I have now in two months out $3300 into this “very safe” vehicle. When they fixed it they actually told me “yeah it’s safe to drive now”. I am no car guy so to me I couldn’t tell but 35 minutes down the road I turned around to take the car back as I could tell there was something wrong. I come back and they tell me “there is absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle” I was very nice the entire time. If you have children and YOU ARE WANTING A SAFE CAR! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY WITHOUT THE VERY LEAST SYMPATHY FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PEOPLE DRIVING IT.

This honestly one of my worse car buying experience of all time. They made me very stressed and was not very helpful about the whole ordeal. First off they need to be clear in communication, the owner I am assuming was mad that one of his employees had told me a price on a vehicle. When I had went back and dealt with him this time he did not want to believe me about the price his and employe I had agreed upon. He was unprofessional and rude everytime I had to deal with them. Plus they had posted the car as excellent condition.... and it was far from that. The first day of me driving it I had to spend 127.00 dollars to get a oil leak fixed. The only nice gentlemen was their mechanic. I would highly recommend anyone who buys a car from them to check everything over well it also wouldn't hurt to take someone else to give you a second opinion. Very upset at the way they handle business. They also did not clean the car out very well at all. Poor detailing job, I found a half smoked cigarette in the back seat. Where my not even 2 year old son has to sit! You guys need to get more organized and check your cars over better. Also they put a plastic dash piece in that doesn't even belong to the car, to try and make it look complete on the inside.

I purchased a very good car... no problems at all
