This car deal was easy from beginning to end! I did not go into the service department for an oil change thinking about a new vehicle. The transition to that prospect was quick and flawless. Within a day, the perfect vehicle was found! I am pleased with my decision and so appreciate Tom, Don, and the service department for making this happen and their treatment when a problem happened after delivery. The sign of a great dealership is what happens after the sale, in my opinion. Hands down they were remarkable!

scheduled my appointment 1 week ahead of time and it took 2 hrs to rotate and balance 4 tires.... also charged $79.95 for the balance. discount tire is $40. this is 2 months after I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and at 3:30 it was not looked at(not even touched) after a 1 week before appt... This is will be my last visit for service or buying a car from Eriks

Got in and out really quick and the body shop was real nice and have on issue with the work they done. Well done ,all of you. From the service dept to the body shop.Thanks for the outstanding service you provided.

My appointment time was held on time. I was asked if I wanted to wait on the service or be taken somewhere. I did not get charged, as the test on the car showed no problems. Staff was very courteous.

Another great experience at Eriks! I sent an email to Jeff Martin on a Sunday evening regarding a vehicle that was in the back lot where new arrivals are parked. I got an email response Monday morning and was able to take the vehicle I was interested in for a test drive that helped me decide if this was the vehicle for me. I was impressed that it had been washed and ready to go with such short notice. Staff courteous and able to meet my needs. Thanks for your help in the purchase of my next new vehicle!
