Veterans Memorial Park South

Nice park. The kids playground was good. Had a real set of monkey bars, twin straight slides, very tall curly slide, old school merry go round, swings and baby swings.nThe best blessing was the restrooms were open.nPavilion.nPretty well maintained.nNeeds a bit of attention...swings, slides and merry go round need filled in to avoid puddling...faucet wouldn't turn off in men's room.

Well maintained park that's safe for children and lots of servailence

Was nice to see a few people out and enjoying the weather.

Nice park, right in the middle of a neighborhood. Pretty creek running right through the middle, with several bridges for crossing. Playground equipment, small picnic shelters, a large gazebo, basketball courts, a bathroom, and space to get away from all of that.

The Veteran's Memorial Park South is a very pretty spot. The corner rock/ flower circle is gorgeous and the lady that tends this keeps it neat. Beautiful and very serene.
