Pizza Hut

Stopped on 4/6/2021 for lunch. Big mistake sign out front said inside dining room was open. Arrived just past 11am were first customers of lunch time the dining room not cleaned from evening before not a single table looked clean.Service was awful ud83dude15 and very slow 4 others that came in after us left before getting waited on. They were not staffed to have the dining room opened only saw two people working. Will definitely skip this place next time passing through Rushville In.

Stopped in for a couple pizzas. Waited 15 min for a menu. Only 1 other group in the dining room. Saw 2 employees. Waited to place my order. A group of 5 guys walked in they took their 5 pizza order before taking mine. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money at this location.

CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Christmas Eve and only 3 or 4 people working. I ordered online and it showed 10 to 20 minutes. I got there at 20 minutes. I went in and waited behind a lady for 10 minutes not sure how long she had been there. The lady in the front kept answering the phone taking orders NOT taking care of the customers at the counter! One from the back finally brought the lady in front of me order out only for it to sit on the counter for another 10 to 15 minutes before someone else came to check her out and to wait on the other 3 of us standing there. The lady answering the phone never acknowledged any of us customers. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years, starting out at this Pizza Hut as my 1st job for 7 years! The customer in front of you should be the most important!!

Sara the manager took the time to sanitize the check out counter between customers. She did it quickly and efficiently and I appreciate it. Our order was prepared on time and accurately!! Thank you Rushville Pizza Hut.

The website is not right for time delivery, our order was completely WRONG... ticket was right, not the order. Was told she was sorry and would have our food to us correct in 20 min. 1 he. 5 min. Later it still wasnt here. Not the first time this happened. Not sure they will EVER get our business again.
