Having owned this barber shop since '61 and having been cutting hair even before that, Norm gives a nice and clean haircut including a shave behind the ears. His price is perhaps on the low side, and the haircut is accompanied by conversation with a dear, lifelong member of the Rushville community.

son went here. looked like he had a boel on his head haircut but was crooked as heck! He said he could do the cut my son asked and then butchered him then said I don't know what yuri talking about and let him leave.
