I can't thank Jerry Craig and the team at Hubler Auto Center for going above and beyond for me. When we arrived to take a test drive, the vehicle we inquired about was sitting out front, ready for us to drive. Jerry was phenomenal in answering all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He was extremely personable and made us feel at ease during the entire process. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, make sure to stop here and ask for Jerry. You will not be disappointed!

Made appointment for recall fix. Was 10 minutes late and told to reschedule next week. Came in the next week and spent 2 hours in the waiting area. They knew I was waiting. Finally I go to service to find out what was taking so long. I found out they finished more than an hour ago but no one was telling me. Also spent time looking at new cars in showroom but no one spoke to me the whole time. Am I going back?nnHubler responded to my review and ask to call and talk to them but never told me who wanted to talk to me. I called them up and got put on hold while they went looking for someone. I got tired of waiting.

My husband and I worked with Jerry Craig and had a great experience shopping for a used vehicle! Jerry listened to our needs when it came to the vehicle we wanted and had a truck there waiting for us to test drive when we showed up to our appointment. We never felt pressured or pushed into any decision and the finance department was a breeze to work with. We will definitely be back next time we are in the market for a new car!
