I can't thank Jerry Craig and the team at Hubler Auto Center for going above and beyond for me. When we arrived to take a test drive, the vehicle we inquired about was sitting out front, ready for us to drive. Jerry was phenomenal in answering all of our questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He was extremely personable and made us feel at ease during the entire process. Made appointment for recall fix. Was 10 minutes late and told to reschedule next week. Came in the next week and spent 2 hours in the waiting area. They knew I was waiting. Finally I go to service to find out what was taking so long. I found out they finished more than an hour ago but no one was telling me. Also spent time looking at new cars in showroom but no one spoke to me the whole time. Am I going back?nnHubler responded to my review and ask to call and talk to them but never told me who wanted to talk to me. I called them up and got put on hold while they went looking for someone. I got tired of waiting.

Chris Cole was our salesman and he was amazing! He made the buying process painless and quick. He was also able to get us a great payment!
