I'm not a truck driver but it sounds like most of the negative reviews are in regards to that process. I toured a portion of the facility. I met with a number of different plant faculty in different positions for a first time as an outsider. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, respectful and seemed generally happy and proud to be in the positions they are.

6 hours to get empty, I was 30 minutes late. 3 stars coz its inefficient n they need 1 more forklift guy to speed up the process as they use only 2 docks if u carrying batteries. 3 stars coz that what they were averaging b4 my post.

Stay away, heavy loads 46000,strick app,VERY long loading. Check in 1,5hours,loading 3hours, check 1hour! THEY NAIL your trl floor!!

Worst shipper ever for Loading, specially if you loading lead , they have only 3 door , 10 trucks always on the road ahead of you . Be careful they can take your whole day .

My Appointment @ 7AM. Park your truck on the right & go to security office next to scale & I Checked in 6:50 security called @ 7:17 for scale. Leave your truck on the scale & check with security again. They will remove seal & check your trailer from inside. Then you go to second security office & they will tell you where to go! You must scale on your way out & they will give you paperwork. Che k in time 6:50Am Check out time 8:30AM.
