UFit South Fitness Studio

If you’re looking for results and a personalized fitness program- here it is! UFit has guided me with nutrition and circuit training to put my health and fitness as a priority. I have more energy and I genuinely look forward to each workout. Each workout session, whether you choose one-on-one training or small group workouts, offers a wide variety to engage your whole body. My husband and I have been members since late 2019. The trainers here are top notch and encourage you every step of the way with good coaching on form and positive words. It’s worth it!

UFit is a great facility! The staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to assist you with anything! They coach you on nutrition and fitness goals! No 2 workouts are the same. The music rocks and the workouts are fun!

UFIT is amazing! The entire team is welcoming, compassionate and non-judge mental. They go above and beyond to understand your individual goals and help you achieve them. I lost 30lbs my first 5 months and if you trust the process, they will help you become the best version of yourself! I've been working out here for well over a year now and it's my home away from home in terms of a gym. My main goal has been increasing my overall strength and I've been reaching that goal despite COVID. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
