Windsor (Park Mall - Greenwood, IN)

I went to Windsor last Friday (1/15) to get a dress for Homecoming. Ashley is who helped me. She went above and beyond in every way. She was so helpful and kind. She never acted irritated or annoyed by my constant questions and requests. She was very informative and extremely gracious with her time. It made mine and my mom's shopping experience at Windsor very pleasant and positive. Thank you, Ashley!

Although the store is quite lovely, they don't have very inclusive sizes. I wasn't able to find a single item of clothing in my size, but the store was well kept and the employees were kind.

Windsor has gorgeous dresses for every occasion, and my daughter found a stunning Prom Dress ❤

This location may want to review the ada guidelines before rudely requiring guests that are disabled to wear a face mask when they literally cannot. You talked down to a veteran, made him uncomfortable, and lost a customer. There were much better ways of handling the situation. Also, it is illegal to do what you did. It's enough to be sued. This was my favorite store until today. I'm super disappointed in today's treatment that I witnessed.

Taylor Spurgeon’s post is falsely portrayed. Not once did she or her husband mention that her husband was a disabled veteran. Not once did I see the associates disrespect these individuals. I’m a veteran and I’m tired of these individuals who think they are above the law or store policy because they are a veteran. When you are asked politely to wear a mask or follow store rules, do so. It’s people like this that give veterans a bad name.
