Westminster has always put the patients first. When my grandma had to move out of her assisted living apartment suddenly because she had a sudden decline, I called Westminster. From admissions, to social work, to nursing, I was able to move her in within hours. They provided our family a private room to spend time with her during her finals days. The amount of respect that was shown to our family and to my grandma will never be forgotten❤ufe0f

worst place ever! We personally removed our mother after a failed state investigation. Insulin was given without sugar being checked. She was denied medical treatment causing her to go blind. The people at front desk are extremely rude and like making fun of handicapped people. Food stinks and the nursing staff couldn’t tell her what it was. A heart monitor that was supposed to be bedside was still plugged in at nursing station 2 weeks after we left. Medication did not match doctor records. Do yourself a favor and just get your family out. Take them to a doctor to reveal all the unknown stuff. Trust me.

My father is a resident in skilled nursing. He had a procedure in January that required sutures in an off site dermatologist office. The nurses at Westminster cared for him daily and followed protocol from the dermatologist. Two weeks later at the suture removal appointment, the dermatologist and nurse emphasized that his wound care was the best they had ever seen.nnMy father is in much better health living at WM than at his former home in KY. His diabetes is managed, his medication is accurate, his skin and hair are clean/well-kept and his mind is stimulated from the variety of activities. Most of all he is safe. We are thankful for the staff at Westminster Healthcare.

Westminister is a place when you walk in you can see very happy residence and very happy employees that makes for a great community am very proud of everyone that works here In very proud of the job that all the employees do for the community and residents .Happy employees lead to happy residence that's what you will find at westminister
