If I had the ability to give a special award to the director of the parks and recreation Paul Northam I would. He takes great pride in keeping the parks and recs looking gorgeous as does his talented and hard working staff. (special thanks to Don Grimes maintenance crew leader) Jeffersonville is a City that is thriving and a huge part of this is the parks and recs.nThank you Paul for a job well done!
