Prices are awesome. The amount of food and taste is amazing! Very friendly service. Fast service. I recommend this place.

Called ahead for my family and was told we would have to have two tables. That was fine, but I wrongly assumed we would be able to push them together because when we got there, we had to sit at booths. I was not informed so my family was not able to eat together.nThe food was okay, but the service was terrible. We found ourselves consistently looking for our waitress when we needed something like drinks or condiments. The food also took forever. The restaurant was not busy at all so there was no reason for the service to be that slow. It was a Monday afternoon.nThen after we ate, we received the bills and the waitress had already added 18% tips to each bill. Now, we are always ones to leave a tip but quite frankly with the service, it’s kind of ill-minded to think you’re entitled to a tip when your service was LESS than satisfactory. When my husband asked to have it removed so he could leave a cash tip instead, the lady’s response was absolutely distasteful. She rolled her eyes, showed no patience with him and pretty much refused to let us because we were (once again) not informed that due to the fact that we were a family of 8, the tip is automatically calculated. If you’re gonna have automatic gratuity and terrible service, the least you can do is give us a warning.nThen when my mother went up to make her comments about the waitress to the same lady, all she had to say was “well she’s a good waitress”, and made comments about our party size. No apologies or anything. When my sister talked to the waitress about her service, all she had to say was “I filled your coffee like 10 times” when she literally only refilled our cups TWICE.nMy family left this place in utter shock by the way we were treated and by the lack of accountability that the ladies here display. We will never go back.

Great service, the food is always good. I have not been disappointed any time we eat here. Even when they are at capacity, they get you a table as fast as possible.

This place was so nice! I really enjoyed everything there from my meal to the staff and the atmosphere. The prices were just right as well!

My new favorite restaurant in Rockford, Illinois! A warm, cozy and relaxed environment with really good food and excellent service. It is definitely worth the time and the money.
