Very unprofessional service never answers their phone or return calls. If you can do service elsewhere please do. This place needs to close since their excuses for bad customer service is under staff or maybe do some hiring since it is a pandemic and people are in need of a job this is really ridiculous.I even spoke with a supervisor name Shannon she's very unprofessional and for her to be in such high rank( Regional office) she insisted on defending this bad customer service. I WILL NEVER RENT ANYTHING FROM UHAUL AGAIN TO MANY OTHERS OUT HERE to be treated badly.
Good service that was quick. Got the truck fast and was able to drop it off even faster. Pretty clean on the inside.
They charged me $145 for a deposit for a trunk I never used
