My husband and I gladly drive a little over an hour for this pizza. Reminds us of late nights in Italy, feeling lucky to be eating their pizza. Giambotta is just the same - delicious, fresh, authentic, nostalgic... We can’t wait to dine in one day and we are already dreaming up our next pizza night! I live for their crust, don’t get me started on the sauce. We love their fresh and simple salads, their pastas, we even ordered the kids buttered noodles and swooned. Perfect dinner every time, awesome, above-and-beyond staff. Our favorite pizza spot!
Absolutely amazing. Service is impeccable and the food incredible. My wife and I have been coming here since the opening and are elated that they have made it through the pandemic to keep serving. Would recommend to everyone. My favorite place in downtown Plainfield.
The staff is so friendly! The pizza is so fresh and unique. The beer and wine are Italian, which is also unique and oh, so good! I loved the risotto balls and Italian beer!
Classic Italian Pizza spot. The whole menu is wonderful but the PIzza in the brick fire oven is clearly the highlight.nCanolies are classic, but not something I will order again.
Pizza was good. Really nice sit down restaurant. Waitresses were on point too. Really good experience.
