Have been to Big Pauly's a few times, and we have enjoyed it every time.nnToday we got the Reuben Pizza (only available in March) and the Margherita Pizza.nnThe Reuben is made with Sauerkraut, Corned Beef, and Thousand Island dressing and Pauly's fantastic hand tossed thin crust pizza dough.nnIf you're not a Sauerkraut fan don't fret - the Pizzas are baked in a 700 degree wood fired oven, mellowing the kraut to just on the edge of sweetness.nnI highly recommend both Pizzas.

Pauly's pizza was super tasty from the thin crispy pizza crust topped with a satisfying light and tasty pizza sauce, fresh cheese and veggies to the sausage. The chopped salad was also super tasty. However, we were told by the very friendly waitress that the salad was generous enough to share but it was just enough for one serving, two if stretching it. Pauly's was added to our list of decent area pizza places generous in flavor but lacking in generous cheese and sausage portions, but delish nonetheless.

Delicious food - not only their amazing wood-fired pizza, but salads, apps and pasta too. Good selection of wine and beer. Dedicated owners who are from the area and trying to do right by Plainfield. Highly recommend

With so many positive reviews, we were excited to try this pizza place.nWe ordered the St. Rocco, one of their specialty pizzas. We thought it was quite pricey, but well worth it if it's was a great pizza, but sadly, we thought it was aweful. There was barely any cheese on the pizza and the crust was so soggy, when you went to pick up a piece, it just flopped over. Horrible!!! We ended up throwing it out. Maybe we just has a bad experience or a bad chef who made our pizza, but unfortunately we would not go back.
