It was okay service was good food is getting a little old always the same things on the menu
Picked up my pizzas about 9:05pm. Restaurant was dark and looked like it was closed. After seeing someone looking out of the window from the dining area, I went in and was not greeted in a very friendly manner by front of house staff, it felt more like a bother that a customer was there. We asked for our pizzas to be cooked well done and it was not cooked as requested. Atmosphere was not inviting, front of house staff not friendly and had no personality and customer skills. We will not order again from here. Had a better experience at the North location.
The pizza was good but my friend signed up for their rewards program and the points didn't get added. The two workers acted like it was a bother to help. It was not busy. I still will go back because the pizza is good.
Came inside to pickup my takeout and I was very impressed with what I saw inside. When it's safe to dine indoors my wife and I will be dining there!
For me, this will always be The Penalty Box. Pizza is okay, not bad, but a tad pricey for the quality. Service is meh. When we’re there, sitting at the tables, the service is lacking. It’s better when sitting at the bar. The setup is awesome with all the TVs, drinks are reasonably priced, no complaints with that. If you want great pizza, probably not the place you wanna stop. If you want some drinks and to take in a game, definitely a great place to go.
