My husband had a hair replacement by another salon here in Rockford a few months ago. From the beginning there were issues, the color of the new hair didn’t match, the haircut was terrible, it kept lifting.....he went back quite a few times and the issues continued.nHe called Rebecca and explained everything and was able to get an appointment and within an hour she had him looking like a new man. She removed the hair and dyed it to match his hair, reapplied it correctly and gave him an awesome haircut.nShe gave my husband his confidence back and made him feel like he was important. He felt so comfortable with her and walked out of her salon with his head high and felt like a million bucks!nThat is very important to a man that has unfortunately felt the loss of losing his hair.nThank you very much,nLisa
