The trail is wonderful. It's long enough for a good walk. There are some rolling hills and a lot of wildflowers. There are plenty of birds to see and sometimes other wildlife. There is a good amount of parking and one or two spots to take a rest.
Love it but a lot of locusts on the pavement, you will step on some. Things flying on you all the time. I visited mid Sept.
It's a prairie. It's not support to have trees.nPrairies don't have trees. Nor do they have pavilions and bathrooms for people to ruin the natural beauty.
Too short but good scenerynI wish there is some tree.
This is a nice 2 mile path perfect for a nice walk, run, or bike ride. Be sure to stop on the scenic overview and check for frogs in the creek under the bridge!
