I found a used vehicle on their website and called to get more information before making the long drive (I live almost an hour west of St. Louis so it was a little over 4 and a half hours away). I was assured over the phone that the car I was interested in was in great shape and that the sales department would be able to give me a great deal and work with me on my trade in.nI made the trip last Friday and after driving the vehicle, decided I was definitely interested in it. I did request that they spray the car off so I could walk around it and get a close look at any dings or debts, and I’m glad I did because both taillight enclosures were cracked and there were some scratches/dings. The finance/numbers guy assured me that he could either knock some off the price or offer me an allowance to have those items fixed.nI decided to move forward with purchasing the vehicle. When the finance guy first came to me with the price, I told them that’s not what I saw advertised and pulled up the screen shot I took from their website with the vehicle priced just over $2,000 lower. He said he’d have to check with the manager to see if he could honor the price. He came back saying he could honor the price, but that it wasn’t the correct price and there must have been an error. I asked about the allowance to fix the taillights and touch up a few spots and he assured me I would still be getting it. He actually went as far as to tell me that even if the allowance didn’t cover it all, the dealership would still take care of whatever it was.nFast forward to me signing the loan documents and I notice the numbers seemed off - they were higher than they should have been by my calculations - so I started asking questions. Come to find out, that allowance I was promised, was added to my loan as a “bank charge.” When I asked the finance guy about it he quickly became frustrated and rude and acted like I should have known I would be paying for the allowance. I told him he wasn’t transparent in what he was doing and he stormed off stating he already wasn’t making any money on the deal.nI told the gentleman in the business office I would not be moving forward and went back to the sales gentleman to request the keys back for my car so I could leave. At that point, they asked if I would speak to a manager, and I agreed. The manager came in and I explained the problem. He agreed to take $1000 off the price and give me an actual allowance of $1300 to have the repairs made. I asked him to walk around the car with me so he could see what needed to be fixed and I request he put the allowance in writing and give it to me. I also asked more than once if $1300 would really be enough and he assured me that they’d talked to a dealership in STL (I’ll be taking it to STL for repairs instead of making a long drive back to them in Illinois) and said it would all be covered.nHe even quoted me prices he allegedly got. Yesterday morning I called the dealership in STL to inquire about repairs and the prices I received were higher than what the general manager said they would be and at this point I’m certain that the fixes will not be fully covered. I did email the original sales gentleman and ask him to confirm I was speaking to the right dealership in STL and I haven’t heard anything back yet.nSo, for now, overall it’s a 2. I’ll definitely update my review if they take care of my repairs as promised. The finance/numbers guy I’d rate at a 0; I don’t feel he used integrity. The sales gentleman was nice as was the manager. We’ll see how this pans out.

They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one tire after having them rotated, and it almost fell off on a drive to Madison. One of the lug nuts did fall off, or wasn’t put back on in the first place.

BUYER BEWARE, They FALSELY advertise their vehicles, charge you for their Q-Warentee without even giving you an option to OPT out. They SCAM consumers out of money, and they also switch and bait innocent people in hopes they don't catch on!!!! I live over an hour and a half away, why would I go to them for service if I am having an issue. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, THEY LIE AND UP-CHARGE YOU THEN IGNORE YOU. I will be contacting corporate later today to report as well as the BBB. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT BUY HERE!!! THEY'RE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!! Even if it was the last car dealership on the planet I would rather walk than deal with these jokers again!!! Worst dealership experience ever!!!
