The care of the service desk by bringing me my paperwork and keys when it was done
I had a wonderful experience today with my car buying process! My sales man Alex was amazing and made everything extremely easy and the he was able to fine us the perfect vehicle! I would 100% recommend Lou Bachrodt and especially the sales person Alex as he was wonderful! Also, Patti was who helped us out with financing and she was also amazing! Over all the processes was fun and easy!
I haven’t been to the other departments but the expert in the BMW section was great. Had answers to my questions and even drives a similar car. Todd was very knowledgeable and found a used BMW that was perfect for me. I’ll definitely be back in the future!
Overall, Lou Bachrodt did a good job servicing our vehicle. It took a week and a half which we weren’t expecting, but Roberta kept in touch with us and explained everything during the process. I appreciated the text message option during service! Thank you, Roberta!
Great experience! Just started coming there with my company car. GMC Terrain. Roberta is attentive and knowledgeable and works with urgency. My only suggestion would be to start offering coffee again. Other dealerships in the area have done that as it is deemed safe now.
