Came here looking for an upgrade from my current vehicle, and a lovely woman named Shelby helped me out. She considered everything that I was looking for in a car and showed me some awesome options. Not much mask wearing there. Not much in way of signage about cars being sanitized after test drives. I can tell you that their business practices are poor at best. Tell you one thing and you agree to it then they start changing the amount down higher but without the monthly payment going down and blames it all on the bank. Buyer beware of Grote Automotive.
