My wife and I purchased a nice used camper trailer from Sunny Island RV about 3 weeks ago. I have never written a review but wanted to in this case. Even though the trailer was a used one, everyone at that dealership took all the time in the world with us! They totally went the extra mile from the sales to the shop. It was almost like we went back in time when people still cared about the importance of being the best for your customer. The shop manager Steve was clearly the best we've had in our many travels. Love these guys!!!

Sunny Island RV Continues to Care:nnIn 2018 we found this RoadTrek (RV) dealer as they were one of their dealers within 100 miles of our home. Kim, (the service manager) and Steve Morgan (the lead service technician/manager) have always been knowledgeable, responsive and educated about our vehicles challenges. They've completed a number of repairs at reasonable costs and we've never had to deal with the problem after it's repaired. They have great looking RV's on the lot for purchase and their sales representatives are nice people too. If you're looking for a RV dealer that cares about their customers, this is the place to do business with for purchases and repairs.

Highly recommend sunny island RV! We are traveling cross country and needed to find a place to bring our bus to get our brake line checked out. Every other place in the area was booked out for weeks, but Sunny Island went out of their way to make time for us. Steve, the manager, was so helpful! We were in and out in an hour. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and there is even an awesome RV store where you can find anything you might need for your vehicle. Clean, safe place to stop when you’re in a pinch!!!

The wonderful folks at Sonny Island really saved us today! We were driving through town on a cross country trip with our small kids and our trailer lights stopped working. They were busy but knowing our situation they fit us in quickly. It was obvious that they care about their customers and understand how hard it can be to find help when on the road away from home. It ended up being a simple problem we should have been able to fix ourselves but they were very gracious about explaining it and getting us back on the road, while making the experience feel safe in the time of COVID.

I had Maggio trucking tow me from Rochelle, Il, up to Sunny Island RV. Steve along with Wayne had me and my family back on the road in less than 24 hours. They were fair on price and great people to deal with. I'd recommend them without question.
