Just bought a vehicle from TWINS Auto Mall, it was a great experience. They are 100% real with you and don't try to over sell. Ross and Edgar go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and they get you the best deal possible. It is not like any other car lot, they don't treat you like a commison but almost like family. Very friendly and outgoing. I would highly recommend going if you are looking for an honest and friendly car buy. They are not going to lie to you to get a sale.

~~Read the update at the bottom as my opinion has changed~~nI would recommend this place if you’re looking for a used car. They have a food selection and listen to your concerns and requests. They act fast too, I was in dire need of a car with 4 wheel drive this winter and after contacting the dealership I had my car within 6 days. The paperwork process was fast too, we didn’t sit around for hours waiting on everything to be gathered.nnUpdate: The overall speed of the paperwork process and process in general may have been too fast. I was assured by the dealership that the state tax would be taken care of by my bank when I asked. The salesman said that they could not process it due to the car being from Wisconsin, the dealership being in Illinois, and my being in Iowa. The bank has said that they would not cover it because it was not on the bill of sale, which the dealership provided them. I feel taken advantage of as a first time car buyer, and feel as if an established dealership should have known the bank would not cover it if it was not on the bill of sale. I specifically asked the salesman about it, and they reassured me I would not have to cover it. In the end I went to register my car and got a nasty surprise when I was forced to pay the $900 tax. If I hadn’t had that on hand I would be forced to drive my car illegally. This was a huge disappointment to me, the dealership really dropped the ball and I had to foot the bill.
