This is the worst mc Donald's in the midwest. I order door dash and they always mess my order up. EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!. I will never spend another dollar at this mcdonalds or the 11th street one. They are owned by the same company. My fries are always missing apple pies always missing. Terrible service. Keep your money. Then I go to call and they take the phone off the hook. I'm done !!!
3 stars is kind of pushing it. I've tried to give them the benefit of a doubt and it hasn't gotten any better. The food is always insanely greasy. The employees seem miserable at times. A couple years back I stopped going when I encountered an overnight worker omw to Iowa who was deeply irritated by a small change to my order. I got the eye roll and attitude of the century from her and a burger I couldn't even eat because it was covered on grease, bun and all ud83eudd22 I didn't have time to turn around and I never went back until this year. There is a guy that is working every morning around 8 and has a completely rude attitude. If other restaurants were closer I'd never come back until this guy gets a good talking to. Everyone else is sweet as could be.
Huge line and they went through it in 5 minutes. Food was hot and ready as soon as I got to the window
Great costumer service!! Baked fresh cookies for my order right before closing
