I purchased a street legal golf cart and added a STREET LEGAL windshield for an additional $539.00, which turns out not to be.I was told sorry there was nothing they could do for me. They said I should have investigated it( foolishly I thought I could trust them when they sold something it was as stated).

Saferwholesale.com is the same company as Great Sports Inc. The technical department or the parts department is a joke. I just purchased the 2020 TrailMaster Challenger 200EX, and I have problems with the brakes. I called the company, and they were of no help. They told me I had to find someone that works on that kind of UTV; they only sell the product and parts. Now mind you, I receive the UTV that day at my home. Also, I paid for them to assemble it; this brake issue should have been addressed before I received the Challenger. The parts manager's name is John, and he mentioned I brought a Chinese product, and I'm going to have some problems. I understand that, however, not day one of me having the merchandise and the company not trying to rectify the issue. I asked for a manager, and he stated he was the manager. I am so disappointed with my experience and lack of professionalism with this companynYou have been warned.

This place is a scam ordered two bikes they arrived damaged. Trucking company said dont accept them parts were broken. Three months later they want to charge me because they didn't package it correctly. Item never received!!!

Very limited inventory on dirt bikes and 4 wheelers. Also the prices are $200+ more than what's on there website and they won't deal with you!! Wont be shopping there again!!

Please read this & Pass it along to everyone u know. This co is a nightmare to deal with & im not even close to exaggerating. The golf carts are refurbished so know that. Second they put batteries in them that might last u a week if that. They clean, shine, & paint everything to look new. They gave me the wrong battery twice & kept me hanging for 5 mos until I finally had to take it to a local gc co. They told me about the batteries being old & weak & that the charger was wrong for the model gc I bought. Keep in mind I had the gc for 5 mos, I paid $3500 for a gc I couldn’t use, the co gave me the run around for several mos til I had to hire a local co to put in new batteries (cost of $1000), & a charger that would work w/the cart (cost $700) & John iin parts @ Great Sports blames everything on me. He refuses to take responsibility for sending me the wrong charger(twice) & made up this story that I gave him the wrong info to be able to do his job correctly. I have every email between us & I can assure u that is NOT true. Do NOT buy from them
