I had an awesome experience at Bob Allen! I called asking about inventory an hour before closing time, and Tony told me to come on in. He was super helpful, and answered all my questions. I was able to trade in my vehicle, and I got an amazing price on my new (to me) car! Tony made sure to explain everything super well before and after I purchased. The Bob Allen team was SUPER accommodating and helpful, and I would highly recommend everyone pay them a visit if you’re looking for a quality used vehicle.

The sells part was pretty smooth overall. The only issue I have is when I wanted a courtesy detail the person only did the outside and even it wasn't done good at all, there was water spots everywhere and missed spots period. Having worked at car lots as a detail guy and owning my own detail business I know what to look for and how things to be done. That said I was told I could come back again but not wasting my time or money. I will clean it myself so I know it's done right. I believe you should take pride in your work if you don't why do the job hired for? Sorry for rant but it needs to be said. Again overall I was pretty happy except for how dirty my truck still is until I clean it.

I had the pleasure of having Tony as my salesman and I easily give him a 12/5 stars. Very friendly and professional, had the car ready before I arrived and we were able to leave with the vehicle in about 30 minutes. We went to several dealerships and could not come to a deal, we finally came here and we couldn’t of asked for a better process!! Thank you Tony and the Bob Allen team!!

Just wanted to say thanks to Brett Shearer. He was able to provide all of the information we requested to make a long range purchase decision. When we arrived the car was in the front ready for test drive. After a few minutes the transaction was complete. We were able to pay and finish within 25 minutes. Never have I purchased a car so quickly and easily - thanks BRETT!

JR was absolutely fantastic! He was very timely in all communication. He was honest, knowledgable, and consistent. We was quick to offer insight, but never pushy. This is all how car sales should be done. I can't recommend him enough. Thanks JR, for making this a painless process.
