I have become used to great service and a welcoming environment, that is what I received. If there is ever anything that needs to be done with the car and it was not scheduled I always get a call first to give them the okay. That doesn't happen everywhere.

I had my 2016 Nissan serviced at Bob Allen and was very pleased with the overall experience from going in to leaving. The Manager, Chase was very knowledgeable and went over everything they would do and then after the service went over all that was done and asked if If had any questions. Lisa was super nice and I was introduced to the gentleman that actually serviced my vehicle, Garrett. He was nice as well and very accomodating.
