Enoch was so knowledgeable about this vehicle. He appeared so comfortable talking about the vehicle during the test drive. He bubbles over with joy.nRodney was great when I went in for the Finacial side of the deal. He wanted to make sure of a couple of things, that I was covered with the extended warranties but most of all was I HAPPY with the purchase. He asked this question at least 3 times. I think this is wonderful that he wants to make sure you are positive in making the right decisions.nWould definitely recommend Bob Allen to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

As always Bob Allen got me in for service in a timely manner and took care of my requests for service. Provided a comfortable waiting space and gave me information for possible purchase of a new vehicle at a later date.nnGreat service department and Chevrolet service manager Michael King is a great asset to General Motors and the Bob Allen team. He always goes the extra mile in trying to provide help and give understanding in lay terms when something out of the ordinary needs attention and or repair.

As far as I can tell, most of the services requested were performed, however a couple of the items which I thought would be repaired under the warranty were not resolved. I was informed that the issues were normal and therefore not resolved. In turn, I’m taking this opportunity to inform GM in hopes they are passed along to the appropriate departments for further consideration. The outstanding items are 1) the rear passenger window appears to be loose in brackets securing the glass 2) the lane alerts are too loose as the trigger after half way in the adjacent lane and therefor need to be tighter or the central unit replaced and 3) moisture droplets drip from between the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter onto my garage floor and driveway immediately after starting the engine and backing up, leaving spots when dried.

I purchased a new Buick Envision at Bob Allen. Enoch Whittle was our salesman. He was outstanding! The dealership has been wonderful to work with. I had to leave my car for service and Enoch had a rental car ready and waiting for us when we arrived. I wasn’t even sure that I wanted to trade and had just started looking, but they offered me an amazing deal that I couldn’t refuse. Give Enoch a call or a visit. You won’t be sorry!
