Easy, fast, friendly service, conveinient, and they never mess up my order
Two days in a row I tried ordering with the app to only end up missing part of my order or getting food that was inedible. Both times I tried to call about my orders to get no answers. Went up there after the second time to be snapped at by the manager, who didn’t want to replace the missing food and rock hard nuggets. This is poor customer service, even for a fast food restaurant. Will not be coming back.
Horrible customer service!!!! Went through drive thru, mcdonalds employee had us our bag with out a word. Shut the window and turned her back. My husband had to set and wait for her to recognize we were still there. When she opened the window and we asked for salt. Again we was shunned and she turned her back once again without a word. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NEVER GO BACK.
Service is really good, they bring it out for you
I was happily surprised to get fresh fries for the first time this month but awful disappointed with all of our sandwiches... We got a few McChickens and a couple Cheeseburgers; all of the mcchickens were without mayonnaise for some reason and each only had a single small piece of lettuce... Not only that, but each cheeseburger was left without any pickles and given only a drop of ketchup.... Running low on supplies or just super stingy?
