I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but Had to give a shout out to the employees here for the great customer service! I had ordered in the app but didn’t notice it changed the store to Nicholasville. They were busy and could have easily brushed me off, but instead offered to make the drinks for me. I was very impressed- you guys have a good crew here! After a night with one hour of sleep, that coffee was NEEDED! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I've only been to this location a couple times... That staff is very friendly, however the line is always long. (No fault of the restaurant itself, it's due to covid) However the last two times I've went my Caramel Latte tasted like steam milk with very little coffee and caramel. Not sure if they have changed measurements or just had a couple mishaps. However I will continue to retry them, because they do have wonderful employees.

They’re always very pleasant when I come to get coffee and I enjoy coming here. They’re also very attentive and the rare occasion that they’re not it’s because they’re slammed so it’s understandable. Like I said, I really enjoy coming to this location.

Baristas and cashiers here are so nice, some of the best service I've ever received. Drinks are always amazing. My only complaint are the prices, for various reasons, but that doesn't take away from the quality or service.

Danville Kentucky's Starbucks location, next to Kroger, is staffed with the kindest, best baristas you'll ever encounter! With amazing smells and taste, topped with comfortable seating with outlets and charging ports, I can't imagine purchasing coffee from anywhere else in town... (please check with store via call to see if seating is available (currently closed due to covid) and their open hours)
